Physical Therapist

Duties and responsibilities:
      Physical therapist help people recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries. They work with patients to regain movement and manage pain. They are fully licensed to practice therapy and  treatments on patients to help their momentum. They have the ability to reduce, pain, reduce function, and prevent disabilities. Not only that but they intend to strengthen muscles or stretch them as well as relieve pain. They provide care for people in variety types of environments such as hospitals, private practices, school, sports, etc. State license is required in each state in order to perform any kind of physical therapy.

Salary: $84,020

Education:
      In order to become a physical therapist you need to earn a graduate degree from a program in physical therapy. Those programs take about three years to complete. To gain admission you need to earn a bachelor's degree in any types of science course. They usually have anatomy, biomechanics, pathology, etc.

Demand for this profession:
      The demand for this profession is very high this time. It is expected to grow 34 percent according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. This will be from the years of 2014 to 2024.
Reflection:
      I would not like to be a physical therapist because I don't really have interest in that type of career. I would prefer something a little different from his. It does seem exciting but just not the right thing for me to do in the future.
